Before we tour homes, I’ll have you sign a quick agreement. This is required by NAR as of 8/17/24.

I keep this super flexible with a 2-day, non-exclusive agreement so you’re not locked into anything. Think of it as a no-pressure way for us to meet, view homes, and see if we’re a good fit. This gives you the chance to experience how I work and explore homes before a long-term commitment.

If it’s the right fit, we can move into a buyer agency agreement, where I represent you fully and advocate for your best interests every step of the way.
