About Andrea Moranz

My path into real estate began behind the scenes.

 

After earning my Master’s degree in Marketing in 2021, Morgan convinced me to come alongside her and assist with all things real estate—and that’s where everything clicked. What started as support work quickly became an immersive education in the industry. I managed MLS input, 3D tours, listing marketing, social media, and digital strategy, gaining a front-row seat to how homes are positioned, priced, and successfully sold.

 

Through that experience, I developed a strong understanding of CMAs, staging, new construction, and marketing strategy, learning how thoughtful presentation and data-driven decisions directly impact results. I also worked closely with builders and new-construction listings, giving me valuable insight into both the building process and how to market homes from the ground up.

 

In 2024, with some convincing from Morgan, I took the next step and earned my real estate license, allowing me to work more directly with clients while continuing to leverage my marketing background. Today, I help guide clients through pricing, staging, new construction options, and marketing their home to stand out in a competitive market.

 

I’m passionate about helping people feel informed, confident, and supported throughout the real estate process—and I’m proud to do that as part of a collaborative team that values strategy, service, and results.
