About Cody Whitney

Education has always been my foundation. I’ve spent years serving as an assistant principal and athletic director, earning my Doctorate in Educational Leadership and building a career centered on teaching, leadership, and service.

That same mindset carries into how I support Morgan’s real estate business. Behind the scenes, I help bring organization, strategy, and a strong focus on communication, ensuring every detail is handled and every step is intentional. You may also see me at open houses or helping throughout the process as part of the team.

At my core, I’m an educator. I believe informed clients make confident decisions, so whether directly or behind the scenes, I value helping people understand not just what’s happening, but why.

I split time growing up on my family’s farm in central Kansas, which gave me a strong understanding of land, acreage, and rural living. An asset for clients looking beyond city limits.

Outside of work, you’ll find me in the gym as a Level 1 CrossFit coach, continuing to do what I’ve always enjoyed—motivating, teaching, and helping others push toward their goals.

Whether in education, fitness, or real estate, my focus has always remained the same, helping people move forward with confidence.
