Education was my first calling. I spent years as an assistant principal and athletic director, earning my Doctorate in Educational Leadership and building a career centered on teaching, leadership, and service. But as my wife, Morgan, continued to grow her real estate business, I saw an opportunity to support her in a more direct way—and to bring my skills into a new arena.
I made the decision to leave education and join Morgan in real estate, blending my background in leadership, organization, and communication with her experience in sales and negotiation. At my core, I’m still an educator. I believe informed clients make confident decisions, so I focus on helping buyers and sellers truly understand every step of the process—not just what’s happening, but why.
I also grew up on my family’s farm in central Kansas, which gives me a strong foundation in acreage, rural properties, and land—an asset for clients looking beyond city limits.
When I’m not working with clients or supporting our team, you’ll find me in the gym as a Level 1 CrossFit coach, doing what I’ve always loved: motivating, teaching, and helping others push toward their goals.
Whether in education, fitness, or real estate, my passion has always been the same—helping people succeed with confidence.
