Real estate has never been “just a job” for me—it’s part of who I am.
I’m Morgan Whitney, a third-generation Real Estate Agent, and for the past seven years I’ve had the privilege of helping more than 300 families successfully buy, sell, and build homes across Kansas. Along the way, I’ve been recognized as a National Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Rookie of the Year, a SAR Rising Star, and a Master Club award recipient. I’m also a Certified Expert Listing Agent, Certified Real Estate Negotiator, Certified Buyer’s Agent, and bring extensive experience in new construction and development.
But my story starts long before I earned my license.
I was quite literally raised in real estate. I grew up tagging along to open houses, Parade of Homes events, closings, and job sites—stuffing brochure boxes, learning how subdivisions are developed, and watching firsthand how builders, developers, subcontractors, and agents work together. Real estate was dinner-table conversation, weekend plans, and a constant presence in my life.
That legacy begins with my grandmother—one of the first female Real Estate Agent in the industry, entering a male-dominated field in the 1960s. Raised on a farm in a small Midwest town, she had an instinctive love for people and places. She went on to become not just a top agent locally and statewide, but nationally. Her philosophy was simple and powerful: take exceptional care of people, guide them honestly, and the rest will follow.
That belief is the foundation of how I run my business today.
In 2021, I partnered with MaKenzie to form a team, built on the idea that clients deserve more than a transaction—they deserve a team with high standards, true collaboration, and a better process. Together, we created a system designed to elevate the client experience from start to finish.
In 2023, my husband Cody made the decision to leave his career in education and join me in real estate. Combining my experience in sales, negotiation, and new construction with his strategic mindset and operational strengths has only strengthened the level of service we provide.
Today, my role is simple: to be your Reak Estate Agent resource, advocate, and guide—whether you’re buying, selling, building, or investing. I bring deep local knowledge, generational experience, and a commitment to doing things the right way, every time.
